With a competitive umbrella rate of £28.53 per hour, this role promises a rewarding experience for those with a passion for suspension systems and axle integration.What You Will Do:- Support the development of axle CAD concepts and integrate corner modules and axle links into subframes and the rest of the vehicle.- Respond to work requests and follow technical direction to ensure programme deliverables are met.- Create suspension layout studies, check packaging, and consider kinematics, dynamic envelopes, compliance, tuning, and component variability.- Generate suspension hard point datasheets for release and cascade information to relevant areas.- Complete the Design Verification Plan (DVP) for suspension assemblies using CAD as the validation tool.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure best practices are incorporated into concept studies.What You Will Bring:- Proficiency in Catia v5 or Catia v6 (Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE) software.- Solid understanding of suspension design fundamentals.- Strong ..... full job details .....
