Luxury Japanese Restaurant - Evenings only - Chelsea - £17.50- £18.50 phWe are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef for a stunning Japanese restaurant in the heart of South West London.This incredible venue has a 100 cover restaurant with a focus on incredible, authentic Japanese cuisine and some of the best sushi in London.This role will focus on the sushi bar where you will be in charge of 2 junior Sushi Chefs (maki chefs) and work closely with the Michelin experienced Head Chef.
