We''re looking for passionate Junior Sushi Chefs in our stores. As a Sushi Chef, you''ll prepare high-quality sushi with consistency, ensuring every dish meets our standards for freshness, flavour, and presentation. You''ll support smooth kitchen operations while keeping a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. We have one role available: Junior Sushi Chef - Evening shifts, starting from 15:00 - 23:00 Role offer 20-35 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability What We''re Looking For: Experience preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, rolls) Solid knife skills and attention to detail A passion for fresh, beautiful, high-quality food The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and consistency A positive attitude and a team-first approach What We Offer: £14 per hour starting pay (depending on experience) Minimum 20-35h per week (based on your availability) Paid breaks:your time to rest and recharge is important to us Complimentary meals during your shifts Generous staff discount for you, your friends and family Uniform provided A fun, positive team ..... full job details .....
