We are a fast-casual restaurant serving a variety of modern Asian-inspired dishes, from freshly prepared handmade sushi to popular hot meals such as Chicken Katsu Curry.

We are looking for enthusiastic team members who are flexible with working hours and available to work weekends when required.

Role Responsibilities

As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with food preparation and cooking
• Preparing ingredients and ensuring food is presented to a high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
• Washing dishes and keeping work areas organised
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods
• Helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
