Survival Equipment Supervisor

Permanent position for an Aircraft Survival Equipment Supervisor As a AEA Supervisor you will play an integral role in the day-to-day maintenance of AEA, aligning to our Clients values you will promote a safe working culture, collaboratively working to help achieve the company goal of providing trained pilots as part of the UKMFTS programme. Qualifications and Experience Essential Experience Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role. A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section. Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA maintenance section. Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment. Desirable Experience Proficiency in use of common software packages including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel. Essential Qualifications Desirable Qualifications Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent) Recognised Q-SE-AC or GAEA qualification Recognised Human Factors training.
