Qualifications & Experience Essential Experience Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role. A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section. Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA maintenance section. Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment. Desirable Experience Proficiency in use of common software packages including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel.
