Offering a varied workload, structured scheduling, and regular overtime opportunities, this role is ideal for someone looking to continue developing their career within a supportive environment.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Air Tester, you will carry out a combination of asbestos surveying and air testing duties across commercial, industrial, domestic, and public sector properties throughout the South West.Working independently with the support of an experienced operations team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Air Tester will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with HSG264, HSG248, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, and leak testing in accordance with HSG248Conducting bulk asbestos sampling and producing accurate survey reportsProducing compliant analytical ..... full job details .....
