You will be responsible for managing works from survey through to completion, including site inspections, contractor management and ensuring health & safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and deliver small to medium maintenance projects and leasehold works focused on external walls and building fabric. Inspect, diagnose, and develop solutions for building defects and put works out to tender Write technical specifications and for remedial and planned works.
