You will be inspecting assets and preparing survey and condition reports, identifying improvement, rectification and lifecycle works required. You will be carrying out planned and ad hoc surveys across the estate, including room environmental condition surveys and room data sheet verification. You will be undertaking asset verification activities to maintain accurate asset data and records. You will be analysing information from customer feedback, planned maintenance reports, help desk calls, building management systems, energy reports, specialist surveys and drone footage to assess condition and performance.
