About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Ardent at an important stage of its regional growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex land acquisition and access matters across major infrastructure projects throughout the East of England. You will work closely with landowners, clients and multidisciplinary project teams, taking ownership of cases and helping to drive projects forward. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering land access and acquisition casework across major infrastructure projects Managing landowner engagement and progressing cases through to resolution Working on access agreements and licences Managing wayleaves and easements Undertaking land referencing and title review Working alongside land, legal, engineering and consenting professionals Building strong relationships with landowners, clients and stakeholders Taking responsibility for key cases and ensuring effective case progression About Ardent Ardent is an infrastructure and regeneration specialist focused on delivering life-improving change for communities and future generations.
