Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 23.70 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of buildings, including accessing roofs and confined spaces.

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with Building and Construction Design and Management Regulations.

Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings and construction assessments.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and local authorities, to ensure project success.

Utilize knowledge of RICS Valuation Standards in evaluating building projects.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction projects and inspections.
Person Specifications

Possess a Higher BTEC certificate in Building Studies or equivalent qualification.

Comprehensive experience and understanding of construction techniques and processes.

Strong contract management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams.

Proven problem-solving abilities and strong project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong initiative and flexibility.

Hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel as required for site inspections.
