The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting void properties, identifying required works, producing schedules of work and overseeing repairs through to completion, ensuring properties meet the required Lettable Standard and are ready to be re-let as quickly as possible. The Role Undertake pre-void inspections and prepare detailed schedules of works. Identify required repairs and provide estimated costs and completion timescales. Carry out void works validation surveys once keys are received. Undertake post-inspections to ensure works have been completed to the required standard. Complete HHSRS checks across void properties. Monitor the progress of void works and keep relevant teams updated on expected completion dates. Liaise with contractors, in-house trades, asbestos teams, consultants and internal stakeholders.
