Surveyor (Asset and Development)

If you want a role where your technical skills directly improve people''s lives, you belong with us.The RoleWe are looking for a Surveyor to support our Planned Programme You will lead large-scale, multi-year projects to upgrade and improve our housing stock (Operating as our in-house property expert, you will oversee contract delivery, manage budgets, and make sure our homes meet all regulatory requirements-including the Decent Homes StandardKey ResponsibilitiesContract Management: Act as the Client Representative on major partnering contracts, overseeing component replacements and large improvementsFinancial Control: Manage capital and service budgets (£1m+), providing cash flow forecasting, financial accounts, and monthly variation reportsQuality Assurance: Inspect on-site works completed by contractors to ensure excellent quality, statutory compliance, and strong Value for MoneyHealth and Safety:Maintain zero-compromise safety standards across our properties, ensuring partners strictly adhere to Landlord Health and Safety legislationData Integrity: Keep our asset database completely up to date to help map out long-term investment ..... full job details .....
