Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / AnalystLocation: Kent Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting Ayerst Environmental in their search for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join a well-established asbestos consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality asbestos services across the South East. The successful candidate will undertake a varied mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial, industrial, public sector, and residential properties. THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of client sites throughout Kent and the surrounding region. Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining full compliance with current HSE guidance and UKAS procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248 Producing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports Carrying out bulk sampling and maintaining accurate site records Working across ..... full job details .....
