Surveying Services Manager

Specialist Claims Preparation Division of our international insurance broker client seeks to appoint Quantity or Building Surveyor for regional role operating throughout the Midlands and northern Home Counties. You will work from home alongside a team of Claims Preparation Consultants who in turn handle challenging caseloads of commercial property losses ranging from £10,000 to multi-million pound claims for a wide range of SME and corporate clients. You will oversee with the project management of all repairs in respect of the larger and more complex buildings losses from inception through to completion.About you:Candidates must essentially be either MRICS on MCIOB qualified with at least 3-4 years experience of working in either a loss adjusting or insurance claims capacity. You should display a strong knowledge of Surveying Services and the part it plays in returning insured parties to their pre-loss position. You should be happy to travel extensively throughout the Midlands and northern Home Counties to handle claims.
