If you enjoy working across a variety of rail projects and have the technical expertise to deliver high-quality survey solutions, we''d like to hear from you.Security RequirementsApplicants must hold (or be able to obtain):BPSS clearancePTS certificationAC and DC competenciesWhat you''ll be doingYou''ll play a key role in delivering accurate survey information to support major rail infrastructure projects by:Leading topographical and rail infrastructure surveysSetting up and maintaining survey control networksManaging GNSS survey control and coordinate transformations (including SnakeGrid)Processing and validating point cloud dataProducing CAD drawings and survey deliverablesReviewing survey outputs to ensure quality and technical complianceProviding technical advice to project teamsWorking with third-party survey providers where requiredHelping improve survey methods, standards and best practiceWhat we''re looking forEssential:Significant experience in railway surveyingExperience leading track and rail infrastructure surveysStrong knowledge of topographical surveying techniquesExperience with GNSS control networks and ..... full job details .....
