About the role Responsible for leading a team, accountable for ensuring that all information supplied to both colleagues and clients is accurate and available in a timely manner. With advanced skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including GIS software (Mapinfo, Infonet), CCTV data systems and Microsoft Excel, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective transition of processes through the various stages and that procedures are adhered to, reporting exceptions to improve risk management.
