Survey and Discovery Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Survey and Discovery Supervisor to join our Clean Rivers and Seas team in Falmer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential survey and discovery activities that support major water infrastructure programmes and help improve environmental outcomes for local communities.Vacancy IntroductionAs a Survey and Discovery Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of survey crews, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the vital link between operational teams in the field and the office-based project team, you will coordinate resources, monitor productivity, support programme delivery, and provide technical guidance to survey operatives. You will oversee activities including property surveys, dye testing, chamber surveys, and connectivity investigations, whilst ensuring all work complies with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.
