Mainly dealing with hospital theatres in the NHS and Private Healthcare sector The company are going through a significant period of growth following significant recent investment. We are seeking a Surgical Business Development Manager to drive education and business in South of England Position Business Development Manager (Surgical) Region , covering the South of England Salary £38,000 to £45,000 Car Allowance Bonus of £10,000 Uncapped The role would suit somone with a proven track record in surgical sales or a clinician wishing to transistion to a commercial role Purpose of Role The role will be responsible for the business developmment and education to hospital theatres of in their area for all surgical categories, such as Surgical Consumables and Lasers. Theatre support and training for key surgical teams across both the NHS and private sector To arrive promptly to theatre lists with the correct equipment required for surgeries and to conduct yourself in a professional manner Role Responsibilities Drive growth in line with targets. Increase sales across all product categories. Increase customer base. Devise clear strategy to maximise efficiency and drive sales. Open, develop and establish brand in foreign markets.
