This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing surfacing operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must be willing to travel between sites as required to support operational requirements across the region. Key Responsibilities Supervise asphalt surfacing, planing, paving, and associated highway works. Manage site operatives, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
