Working on a surfacing site on a major A road outside Boston. This role is with a highly successful surfacing contractor and will encompass working alongside a strong team and with quality and safety in mind. Requirements For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;SMSTS / SSSTS (Required)Driving Licence and ideally with own vehicleExperienced as a Surfacing SupervisorResponsibilities:Maintain health and safety standards on siteComplete toolbox talks and other briefings on siteProcurement of plant and material through the company platformManaging the work force, labour and subcontractors in the delivery of surfacing schemesMaintain accurate site record keeping including diaries, allocations sheets, plants returns and goods received notesOversee subcontractors and ensure they are working to their own check sheetsLiaise with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure work stays on programme Contacts to Apply:Damian Aston - Regional Manager - (phone number removed) ..... full job details .....
