Position Overview:We are looking for reliable and motivated Surfacing Operatives to join our growing surfacing team, based in Central East Scotland (Edinburgh, Fife and Tayside). In these hands-on roles,you will be responsible for operating and supporting the use of asphalt paving machinery. We are recruiting for the following positions: Screwman Paver Operator Roller Operators Banksman 3CX Operator Labourer The role involves working outdoors on a variety of road surfacing and highway maintenance projects, travelling to sites across the region, and collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Nightshift working is a key requirement of this position. These roles require flexibility, as nightshift working is essential.
