Position Overview:We are looking for four reliable and motivated Surfacing Operatives to join our growing surfacing team, based in Inverness or Elgin. These are hands-on roles supporting the delivery of road surfacing and highway maintenance projects across the region. We are recruiting for the following positions: 1 x Screwman / Banksman 1 x Paver Driver 2 x Roller Drivers Working as part of a skilled surfacing crew, you will play a key role in laying and finishing asphalt safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work outdoors, travel to various sites, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and teamwork. These roles require flexibility, as nightshift working is essential.
