We are recruiting for an experienced Surface Mount Operator for the SMT department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of start-up, loading of programmes, meeting production targets, and ensuring SOP shutdowns, with strong PC/Technology literacy. Experience working from engineering drawings, bills of materials, and build instructions would be highly beneficial. This role requires excellent attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Skills and competency tests may form part of the selection process.
