Supporting People on Recovery Navigator - Sussex - Part Time Location: Sussex Salary: £19,200 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent Are you passionate about helping people rebuild their lives and believe that change is always possible? We re looking for a Supporting People on Recovery Navigator to join our Sussex team working part-time, 28 hours per week. This is more than a job; it s an opportunity to make a real difference every day. You ll support people on probation to overcome barriers, rebuild relationships, improve wellbeing, and move forward into a better future. What You ll Be Doing No two days are the same. You could be: Delivering 1:1 support and group interventions Helping service users access healthcare, housing, or community support Supporting people before release from prison Building action plans alongside Probation Practitioners Encouraging positive lifestyle change and healthier relationships Keeping accurate records and ensuring safeguarding at all times Travelling across Sussex locations including Brighton, Hastings, Worthing, Crawley, Littlehampton, HMP Ford and HMP Lewes What We re Looking For You may come from probation, prisons, police, education, health, social care, counselling, coaching, or bring valuable life experience and transferable skills.
