Join Forward Trust as a Supporting People on Probation Navigator in Norwich, working full time, 35 hours per week, supporting people to rebuild their lives and move forward from offending. You may have experience in probation, prisons, policing, courts, education, health, social care or psychology. Or perhaps you bring transferable life skills, coaching experience, counselling knowledge, fostering experience, or simply a natural ability to connect with people. What matters most is your ability to build trust, inspire change, and support people to see a future beyond their past.
