This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals, prison staff, and community partners to empower people on their recovery journey and support successful rehabilitation and reintegration into the community. What You''ll Be Doing Managing a diverse caseload of clients with drug and alcohol support needs. Completing assessments, care plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews. Delivering engaging one-to-one and group interventions using evidence-based psychosocial approaches. Providing practical harm reduction advice and recovery-focused support. Supporting clients through both harm reduction and abstinence-based treatment pathways. Working collaboratively with healthcare, probation, housing, employment, and community services to deliver seamless, holistic care.
