What You''ll Be Doing Managing a diverse caseload of clients with drug and alcohol support needs. Completing assessments, care plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews. Delivering engaging one-to-one and group interventions using evidence-based psychosocial approaches. Providing practical harm reduction advice and recovery-focused support. Supporting clients through both harm reduction and abstinence-based treatment pathways. Working collaboratively with healthcare, probation, housing, employment, and community services to deliver seamless, holistic care.
