Responsibilities Supporter engagement and stewardship Provide excellent stewardship to CALM''s Supporter Led fundraisers, acting as a fundraising coach to help people bring their ideas to life and make the most of their fundraising. Build and develop relationships with supporters across DIY, challenges, in memory, tribute and other Supporter Led fundraising, providing personalised and compassionate support throughout their journey with CALM. Ensure in memory and tribute supporters receive sensitive and appropriate stewardship, recognising the individual needs of people fundraising following a bereavement. Support with the development and delivery of supporter journeys, communications and fundraising materials, including through Marketing Cloud, to deepen engagement and build longer-term supporter relationships.
