This is role is focused on continuity during a transitional period, ensuring smooth running of supporter income processes, including direct debits, donations and Gift Aid, while ensuring the team remains supported and productive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fundraising manager to make a meaningful and immediate impact at a well established organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all supporter income processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage Direct Debit administration, including setup, amendments, collections, and reconciliations. Oversee Gift Aid claims and ensure adherence to HMRC requirements. Produce and maintain accurate income reports and financial records. Manage, support, and develop two direct reports. Monitor team performance against agreed service standards and KPIs.
