Salary: £49,062 in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Warrington. £53,994 in London. This role is central to driving impactful strategies that enhance supporter satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value. Working collaboratively across teams, you will design and deliver multi-channel supporter journeys, using insight and data to deepen engagement and grow income. You ll lead on developing a unified supporter experience framework, mapping journeys, identifying pain points, and implementing improvements that ensure every interaction is meaningful and aligned with organisational values.
