Supporter Experience and Journeys Lead

Salary: £33,903.48 FTE (£27,122.78 for 30 hours)Contract: Permanent, part-time 30 hoursLocation: Hybrid Working - CrawleyClosing date: 2nd October We are delighted to be working with an amazing local hospice to find them a Supporter Experience and Journeys Lead, a newly developed role that will play a key part in shaping and enhancing the supporter experience across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a supporter-focused fundraiser to lead the development and delivery of supporter journeys and stewardship programmes that drive engagement, retention and long-term income growth. Working across fundraising, marketing, data and supporter services teams, you will ensure supporters receive timely, personalised and meaningful communications that strengthen their connection to the hospice and the impact of their support. As the organisation''s champion for supporter experience, you will review and optimise supporter journeys, identify pain points, test new approaches and help embed a supporter-first culture across fundraising activities. To be successful as the Supporter Experience and Journeys Lead, you will need: Experience delivering supporter journeys, stewardship programmes or donor Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups Experience identifying opportunities to improve supporter experiences through analysis, testing and continuous improvement If you would like to ..... full job details .....
