We re looking for a Supporter Experience and Finance Processing Coordinator to play a vital role in delivering a gold standard supporter journey while ensuring accurate financial processing across the charity. What You ll Be Doing Based within our Income Generation and Marketing team, you ll be at the centre of supporter and donation processing from opening post and banking income to maintaining accurate supporter records and responding to enquiries. This is a detail driven role with a strong customer service focus, perfect for someone who enjoys combining finance, data, and people focused work.
