Supporter Engagement Officer (Membership and Events)

This vital role within the Landmark Trust''s fundraising team focuses on delivering excellent supporter engagement across the Landmark Friends, Lundy Friends and Marisco Club supporter schemes. You will manage the day-to-day administration of these groups with the highest standards of supporter care and deliver a programme of small events and communications to engage and retain these supporters. Working closely with the Development Manager (Patrons) and other colleagues in Development, you will also support the delivery of events for the Landmark Patrons, and other supporters as needed. We are looking for someone who takes pride in giving high-quality customer service, with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. You will be comfortable speaking to supporters on the phone and at in-person at events, drafting personalised letters and emails, and managing various administrative tasks. While fundraising experience isn''t essential, you will bring experience of a customer-facing or supporter-focused role, excellent organisational skills and, ideally, of working with databases. An interest in the charity sector, and heritage in particular, would be an advantage.
