Sitting within the Supporter Retention team, you''ll help shape and deliver supporter journeys for some of WWF-UK''s key regular giving products, including Junior Adoptions and Go Wild Junior Membership. You''ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging supporter communications across digital, direct mail, telemarketing and other channels, making sure every interaction feels relevant, valuable and connected to the impact of our work. Working closely with the Senior Supporter Engagement Manager, Supporter Engagement Editor and colleagues across digital, content, supporter care and fundraising, you''ll help develop campaigns and journeys from initial idea through to delivery, evaluation and improvement.
