This position focuses on increasing income from individual and community supporters through innovative engagement and collaborative fundraising initiatives, fostering sustainable relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to maximise fundraising income from individual givers and community groups. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to deliver seamless supporter experiences across various platforms and channels. Utilise data insights to personalise supporter engagement, optimise journeys, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with data, marketing, and supporter-focused teams to deliver targeted campaigns, appeals, and marketing initiatives. Monitor and evaluate supporter engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement in outreach and retention. Leverage innovative approaches to supporter acquisition and retention, contributing towards organisational growth targets. Foster strong relationships with supporters, ensuring their experience is recognised and valued, encouraging ongoing support. Support the delivery of campaign objectives by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
