Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) open to exploring part-time Location: Hybrid / Eynsham office with flexibility to work from home International Mission to Jewish People (IMJP) is a nearly 200-year-old mission agency with a clear and enduring calling: to share the Good News of Jesus the Messiah with Jewish people all over the world. As we enter an exciting new season of growth, we are looking for a Supporter Data and Engagement Manager to sit at the heart of our fundraising function. The Role This is a dual-focus position, roughly equal parts data and relationship. You will be the organisation''s primary expert on Charity CRM - maintaining data quality, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring the whole team has the insight it needs to make good decisions. At the same time, you will play a hands-on role in supporter stewardship: developing personalised donor journeys, managing engagement events, and making sure every supporter feels valued and connected to the work their giving makes possible.
