As a supporter care operations officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Supporter Care and Finance teams, helping to deliver an excellent experience for our supporters. The Role Support the day-to-day operations of the Supporter Care and Finance teams, combining operational administration, financial processes and supporter care Carry out Gift Aid validation, reporting and reconciliation Administer direct debits and process donations accurately and efficiently Respond to supporter enquiries, including via social media channels Identify opportunities to improve ways ..... full job details .....
