Description

• Provide excellent supporter care by responding to enquiries via email, phone, and post.
• Maintain and update supporter records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with processing donations and ensuring timely acknowledgements are sent.
• Support the delivery of fundraising campaigns through administrative and logistical tasks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance supporter engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyse data to evaluate fundraising performance.
• Help coordinate and attend events to represent the organisation and engage with supporters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and fundraising regulations.

Profile

A successful Supporter Care Fundraiser should have:

• Previous experience in a similar fundraising or administrative role, ideally in the not-for-profit industry.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer
