We''re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Supporter Care Executive to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a well-known health charity, ensuring every supporter receives excellent service and feels valued.Working as part of a supportive team, you''ll manage enquiries by phone and email, assist with donation processing and help supporters taking part in major fundraising campaigns. This is a varied, fast-paced role that offers valuable experience across fundraising operations and supporter engagement. What you''ll be doing: Managing a wide range of supporter enquiries by phone and email.Supporting enquiries relating to fundraising campaigns and awareness activities.Providing guidance on fundraising events, materials and donation processes.Updating supporter records accurately and maintaining high-quality data.Recording conversations and ensuring supporter information is kept up to date.Assisting with donation processing, including preparing incoming donations and administering acknowledgements.Working collaboratively with colleagues across supporter care and the wider organisation.Providing additional administrative support as ..... full job details .....
