Supporter Care Coordinator

As Supporter Care Coordinator, you''ll be the first point of contact for people engaging with our three charities: Guy''s and St Thomas'' Charity, Evelina London Children''s Charity, and Guy''s Cancer Charity. You''ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing a wide range of enquiries from supporters-whether they''re donating, fundraising, or simply seeking information. The role requires you to become highly knowledgeable about activities across our three charities, engaging with internal teams and maintaining a positive, helpful presence in all interactions. You''ll handle supporter enquiries across various communication channels, ensuring timely responses within our service level agreements. From processing donations and managing complaints to maintaining accurate records in the fundraising database (Raiser''s Edge), you''ll help ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every supporter. You''ll also be helping to manage relationships with external suppliers, making sure they deliver on our high standards of supporter care.
