Assist in the processing of donations, memberships, and other supporter transactions. Build and nurture strong relationships with supporters, recognising their contributions and encouraging ongoing involvement. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement supporter engagement strategies. Identify opportunities to up sell or promote additional support initiatives where appropriate. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of supporter care processes and procedures.
