This role is ideal for experienced Team Leaders or Deputy Managers looking to step into senior management. You will be responsible for:Managing individual service users'' needs and overall service operations, ensuring health and safety standards.Supporting service users with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours in daily activities, promoting independence and responsibility.Maintaining thorough knowledge of service users'' conditions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.Supervising and mentoring support staff, ensuring high standards of personalized care.Leading during emergencies, investigating incidents, and reporting to management.Providing feedback to management, participating in meetings, and contributing to service improvement.Managing staffing levels, rotas, and on-call duties.Developing personalized care plans, risk assessments, and protocols for service ..... full job details .....
