Supported Living Resource Manager (Learning Disability Services)

Our multiple on-site Learning Disability Supported Living teams provide 24-hour support in a variety of locations across Oldham. We offer bespoke packages to people with a learning and/or physical disability and enduring mental health problems either in a small, shared home or a larger property where residents live within self-contained accommodation. We work with individuals in a person-centred way, enabling them to maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle. We are looking for caring, creative, energetic people to join our team.
