My client is a very highly regarded regional Charity, looking for a passionate, experienced CQC Registered Manager-to join their team. You will have solid experience of running successful, high quality care services for adults with-autism and learning disabilities with deep knowledge of care standards and CQC regulations.-

They are looking for a compassionate leader who can inspire teams with an open, supportive approach. You will place your clients'' well-being and happiness at the core of how you operate, and empower the teams around you to provide the very best in person-centred care.-

The opportunity will see you overseeing a couple of Supported Living Services aswell as a small number of Domiciliary Care packages and a large Shared Lives Contract.

This is busy service where no two days are the same, and it-is complimented by a full team of Support Workers.

If you have good relationships with City of Doncaster Council would be advantageous in this role.
