Senior Supported Living Manager - Regional Manager - Service Mobilisation Manager. LOCATION FLEXIBLE with travel - North covering - North West and Yorkshire. Excellent bonus scheme on offer. They provide high quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs in specialist supported accommodation and also residential care homes. This is a newly created role as part of an exciting organisation-wide program of service development. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, flexible individual to provide regional management support across their northern services. This will be a project-led role, leading on service development and service start-ups ensuring adoption of best practice from the earliest stages of service establishment. You will be very knowledgable in terms of legislation, best practice and quality management. Comfortable with change management, troubleshooting, supporting and coaching service managers, CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, and recruiting, leading, developing and supporting teams.
