About the Role
As Registered Supported Living Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of a busy supported living service and outreach provision.
You''ll lead an established management team comprising a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, alongside a wider team of over 40 colleagues. Working closely with operational leaders, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals, you''ll ensure the service continues to deliver outstanding person-centred support while maintaining excellent standards of quality, compliance, and governance.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a supported living service and outreach package.
• Inspiring, coaching, and developing a team of over 40 colleagues.
• Maintaining high standards of person-centred support and positive outcomes.
• Driving quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Managing staffing, performance, budgets, and service performance.
• Building positive relationships with families, commissioners, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
• Supporting people to increase their independence, access their communities, and achieve their personal goals.
• Continuing to develop a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

About You
We''re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Strong operational leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care and support.
• Experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, Supported Living Manager, Scheme Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to progress.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and/or complex support needs.
• A strong understanding of quality assurance, compliance, safeguarding, and performance management.
• The ability to develop and inspire teams while creating a positive and inclusive culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing a large and busy service.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred support and positive outcomes.

We welcome applications from candidates with supported living, domiciliary care, or residential care management backgrounds. Previous registration is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant management responsibility and readiness to progress into a registered management role.
