      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Introduction We have an opportunity for a Supported Living Manager to join our new supported living service in Birmingham where we provide 24-hour supported living support for adults that live with Learning Disabilities and additional health issues. Shenstone Road comprises of two brand new, purpose built buildings, located adjacent to each other, each with 9 individual flats. The service supports up to 18 people with a mixture of complex and non-complex needs. People who live at Shenstone Road will be supported to live their lives to the fullest and their teams will provide care, support and a close knit community atmosphere for all those that live there. You will support people with their emotional, physical and cultural needs as well as assisting with any personal care needs that is needed and all aspects of daily life. We endeavour to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support.
