Supported Living Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supported Living Manager to provide leadership in our Wakefield Learning Disabilities services and help us continue delivering high-quality, person-centred support. This is an exciting leadership role overseeing a portfolio of 9 supported living properties across Wakefield, managing 4 Team Managers and supporting them to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people we support. Whilst this position does not hold Registered Manager responsibility, it offers an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to further develop their leadership career, with the potential to progress into a Registered Manager role in the future. Role Responsibility As Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership and performance of multiple supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will work closely with Team Managers to ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred, financially sustainable and aligned with Turning Point''s values and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership, coaching and support to a team of 4 Team Managers. Overseeing the delivery of support across 9 supported living properties.
