About The Trust

At The Kent Autistic Trust, we provide purpose-driven, charity-led support. We support over 80 autistic individuals across Kent. Our services are consistently rated Good or Outstanding by CQC. We value a family feel, low agency use, and strong multidisciplinary support.

What You’ll Do – Responsibilities

As the Supported Living Manager, you will lead a vibrant service where tenants enjoy activities and opportunities such as holidays abroad and summer BBQs. You will:Lead a dedicated 24/7 team and supervise day-to-day operationsEnsure high-quality care and a safe, supportive living environmentChampion person-centered support and positive risk-takingCoach and develop your team with a focus on practice leadershipCollaborate with families, professionals, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with CQC requirements, safeguarding, and best interest frameworks

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in care leadershipStrong knowledge of The Care Act, DoLS, MCA, and safeguardingLevel 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or working towards)Proactive, visible leader who acts on opportunities and challengesExperience managing complex needs and autism support
