Working for a long standing not for profit organisation. The Supported Living Manager will lead and oversee a portfolio of services supporting people with Learning Disabilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes. The post holder will provide clear vision, professional leadership, and effective operational management to their allocated services, working in partnership with their allocated Team Coordinator(s) to build capable, motivated and high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality and compliance, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation to ensure consistently high standard across all services.
